In the summer of 2012 Henry took over an old rundown workshop and set about renovating the premises. It was key for Henry to keep the environmental impact of these alterations to a minimum, so recycling and reusing was key. The windows came from a local building project and were destined for the skip. The blocks from the walls came from the old walls in the workshop, as did the majority of the timber used in the walls. The black exterior cladding is a medium density recycled plastic board. The build went well and was completed ahead of scheduled.
