This boards is made out of Ash from West Chiltington in West Sussex
They are brilliant cheese, cured meats or bread boards and are perfect for dinner parties.

All of our chopping boards are food safe.

Our boards are treated with a food safe oil.

The hard wood’s that we use are sourced locally to Sussex and are from sustainable woodlands, if there is a specific timber you would prefer please let me know prior to placing your order.

These chopping boards are similar to the ones used by celebrity chefs such as Jamie Oliver and Hugh Fearnley – Whittingstall.

Maintenance

To maintain the lovely feel any food safe oil such as Olive Oil or Sunflower Oil can be applied to the board using a cloth and wiping of the excess.
DO NOT put through the dishwasher and simply wipe with a damp sponge.
